This just barely happened to me over the weekend.

Now, I am an expert.

Before she goes into the pool, get her hair wet with regular water, then saturate it with conditioner. This will soak into her hair and not allow very much chlorine to get in.

If it's already green. Here's what you do:

Get a cup of white vinegar and drop in several aspirin. (the regular kind, not the coated kind) The aspirin will dissolve and then you pour that concoction on her green hair and let it sit for a few minutes. The green will wash right out after that.HELP: What is the best Shampoo for swimmers, My 3YR old has the curliest blonde hair but its turnin green HELP
Paul Mitchell Shampoo 3 is the best for getting chlorine build up out of hair. When the green disappears discontinue use because Shampoo 3 is drying to the hair. However, it is still OK to use it once a week to remove hard water build up or even product build up in the hair.
