Why would people waste their money on damaging chemical dandruff shampoo when green tea works better?

I tried every shampoo, but they were all failures. i found a site that suggested masaging green tea in the scalp and it healed YEARS of horrible dandruff INSTANTLY! why is this information generally supressed from the public??Why would people waste their money on damaging chemical dandruff shampoo when green tea works better?
Massage green tea into your scalp? Really? How? Like you make green tea and just soak your scalp? Why would people waste their money on damaging chemical dandruff shampoo when green tea works better?
The companies want more money. If it was spread all over the internet that you could just massage green tea into your scalp to be ridden of dandruff, then all of the dandruff shampoo companies would lose a ton of business because green tea is generally cheaper than dandruff shampoo. Imagine that one company sold boxes of all kinds of crayons. One day, there came up a crayon that cost less, had the same quality-- maybe worked better, that if you pressed a button, you could change the color, clear all mistakes. Don't you think the first company would lose a significant quantity of business?
Some people never knew about the green tea effect, and the companies like raking in money. Also if the customers DO know about the tip, it might not have not fixed the dandruff for them.

Or they simply do not believe, something as silly as massaging green tea into the scalp will solve what companies spend thousands of money to research the solution.

*I am not the stupid type, and will now go hunt some green tea down :D
I am sure if you go to a natural food store or similar that you'll be able to find green tea dandruff shampoo. There is no big conspiracy to suppress anything, it's just simple market dynamics. The big companies have more money to show ads and get their products onto the best spots on the shelves.
The dandruff shampoo companies want money.
