The best way to prevent the ';green hair'; is to wet you hair before you get into the pool and apply a leave in conditioner. As soon as you get out of the pool, rinse hair thoroughly and shampoo as soon as possible. Some good products are Aloe Rid shampoo from Nexxus and a shampoo from Malibu 2000 for swimmers. These can be found at your local salons.
There is no such thing as a conditioner, that will fix that problem.

You need to go to a beauty supply store and get, what they call a ';Blue Rinse';. There are many on the market.

It is a solid blue watery solution, that you comb through your hair. It will eliminate the green color. It is used for giving blonde hair a more platinum look and also for getting rid of the green color, from chlorine.

The result will give you an ashy blonde look.

You probably have too much bleach in your hair. That is what makes it look green.

Just apply it to your hair after swimming and let it dry.

You don't rinse it out.

You can't find it in a regular drug store or grocery store.

Look in your local phone book for beauty supply stores, that sell to the public. That's where you'll find it.

Happy hunting and de-greening! You'll do fine! Nothing to it.
